
Integrative health is all about bringing the effective aspects of all systems together in a unified lifestyle approach. In a similar way, Natasha brings together aspects from several degrees and certifications to create a unique approach to yoga. She infuses teachings from philosophy, healthy lifestyle, and positive psychology into her yoga practice.
Natasha is a 200h CYT (certified yoga teacher) with specialization in Mind-Body Recovery Coaching, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching from YogaFit Training Systems Worldwide, Inc.
She earned certifications in Applied Positive Psychology through The Flourishing Centre and the Integrative Health and Lifestyle Program through the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine.
Natasha completed the Permaculture Design Certificate course with Edible Landscapes Permaculture Design and Consulting.
She has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Microbiology and Immunology from the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan. Natasha has a Ph.D. in Veterinary Biomedical Sciences from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Saskatchewan.
